Drunken Cheesy Hog Heaven
- 1 loaf chopped french bread
- 1 packages chopped bacon
- 1 packages 12oz. diced ham
- 1 packages 6.oz.canadian bacon chopped
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 1 diced Anaheim chili
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp hickory liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp mesquite seasoning
- 1 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cheese mix/cheddar/Monterey jack
- 1 brie cheese
- preheat oven to 375
- cut french bread into inch cubes layer casserole save some for the top layer.
- add chopped bacon into frying pan, cook till almost done add in diced onion, chili & minced garlic cook about 4minutes, now add in diced ham, Canadian bacon, wine, heavy cream, liquid smoke & seasonings.
- cook about 5-7 minutes turn off heat and add drained pineapple
- add pork topping to bread with sauce reserve some for top.now top with more bread and last of pork mixture.
- top with cheese as much as desired and brie cheese.
- bake 20-25 minutes
