Easy and Quick Imitation Crab and Cabbage with Umami-Rich Japanese Leek Sauce

  1. Slice the leek into thin rounds.
  2. Chop the imitation crab into half and loosen.
  3. Combine all ingredients and microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Combine with the miso and set aside to cool down.
  5. Mix in the mayonnaise.
  6. Shred the cabbage and dish it up.
  7. Pour the mixed ingredients from Step 1 over it, and serve.
  8. If you like sansho pepper, enjoy with about 2 shakes.
