BAKER'S Chocolate-Dipped Macaroons

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine coconut, milk and vanilla.
  3. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. To prevent burning, press down any exposed ends of coconut Shredded Cheese with back of spoon.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  6. or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
  7. Use spatula dipped in warm water to immediately transfer cookies to wire racks.
  8. Reshape if necessary.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  11. Dip cookies halfway into chocolate; return to racks.
  12. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
