Beef Stroganoff Pasta Roni

  1. In skillet on med heat; melt butter and olive oil.
  2. Cook diced onion for 3 minutes then add garlic.
  3. Add ground beef.
  4. Once beef is mostly cooked, add mushrooms.
  5. Cook until mushrooms are tender then turn heat to low.
  6. In sauce pan; make bored pasta according to directions.
  7. In 2nd sauce pan; whisk together 3/4 cup cold water and packet of brown gravy mix.
  8. Add both sauce pans to skillet.
  9. Stir in cream cheese and parmesan until creamy and melted completed.
