Crunchy Vegetable Medley

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender.
  2. Add water and bouillon granules, stirring until granules are dissolved.
  3. Add next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Drain well. Combine vegetables and next 6 ingredients, tossing gently.
  5. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
