Saucy Baked Meatball Mac
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (8 oz.) Spanish style tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. (7-1/4 oz. each) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix meat, bacon, egg and garlic until well blended.
- Shape into 12 meatballs.
- Place in baking dish; pour tomato sauce over meatballs.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package.
- Spoon onto platter or into serving bowl.
- Remove meatballs from sauce and place on top of prepared Dinner.
- Pour sauce over meatballs, if desired.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley before serving.
