Fudge Cake

• 1 lb butter
• 3 egg yolks
• 2 12 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 chocolate squares, melted
• 2 12 cups flour
• 1 12 cups milk
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 12 cups nuts, chopped
• 3 egg whites

1. Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla.
2. Add the melted chocolate.
3. Mix together the flour, milk, baking powder and nuts.
4. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
5. Fold in egg whites.
6. Bake 325* 40-45 min 3 9" pans.
