Octopus, Avocado, and Tomato Salad with Cilantro

  1. Cut the octopus and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the cilantro into 3-4 cm lengths.
  3. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, and remove the pit using the edge of a knife.
  4. Scoop out into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
  5. Mix the ingredients well.
  6. Chop the cashew nut into 2-3 pieces.
  7. Add the Step 1 and 2 ingredients into a bowl, and mix in the Step 3 dressing.
  8. Add Step 4 as well, and adjust the taste with the ingredients.
  9. Serve in a bowl and it's done.
