Shrimp & Feta Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 pound feta cheese, rinsed, patted dry & crumbled
- 12 minced green onions
- 4 tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 4 lg. tomatoes, minced
- 1 pound pasta, cooked (I use colored mix)
- 2 Packages Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- Combine shrimp, feta, onions, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Let mix stand at room temperature at least an hour in the mix of Good Seasons salad mix (made according to package directions).
- Add in pasta to shrimp and sauce.
- Toss to coat well.
- (Can be made ahead and leftovers are delicious.)
