Blintzes with Cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup room temperature water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
- Mix in bowl flower + water + milk + salt, sugar and pepper + (add spice for color and smell.
- I like curry)
- Mix well.
- Without any clumps.
- If the mass is thick,gradually add water and milk.
- Mass should be sufficiently fluid
- Heat frying pan.
- And start making blintzes.
- Fry on each side 1-2 min
- Add any shredded cheese you like between each layer of blintz
