Macerated Peaches

  1. In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together.
  2. Allow the peaches to marinate overnight.
  3. Using a fork, slightly mash 1/4 of the peaches against the side of the dish.
  4. Lay the pieces of angel food cake in a shallow bowl.
  5. Place the ice cream in the center of the cake.
  6. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream.
  7. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar
