Stir-Fried Chicken with Greens
- 1 lb. Swiss chard, coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, cut in half
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Add chard and mushrooms; cook and stir 3 min.
- Add dressing and crushed pepper; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until chicken is done and chard is tender.
