Okara and Tofu Chocolate Cake Balls
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 65 grams Chocolate
- 65 grams Tofu
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Rum (optional)
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes.
- Mix with the tofu.
- Add the okara, katakuriko, rum (optional) and mix well.
- If you don't do this while the chocolate is still warm, it will harden.
- Roll the dough into meatball-sized balls.
- Cook in the microwave (without wrapping) for about 3~5 minutes at 500 W. Enjoy!
- Microwaving guide: 3 minutes for oft and chewy.
- 4 minutes for little soft and chewy.
- 5 minutes Hard and chewy.
- At about 5 minutes, your microwave may burn them.
