Okara and Tofu Chocolate Cake Balls

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix with the tofu.
  3. Add the okara, katakuriko, rum (optional) and mix well.
  4. If you don't do this while the chocolate is still warm, it will harden.
  5. Roll the dough into meatball-sized balls.
  6. Cook in the microwave (without wrapping) for about 3~5 minutes at 500 W. Enjoy!
  7. Microwaving guide: 3 minutes for oft and chewy.
  8. 4 minutes for little soft and chewy.
  9. 5 minutes Hard and chewy.
  10. At about 5 minutes, your microwave may burn them.
