Pinto Quick Bread With Dates

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl beat sugars with oil.
  3. Blend in beans, salt, buttermilk, and egg substitute.
  4. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and dates.
  5. Spoon into pan and bake 50 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool 5 minutes, then unmold and cool on rack.
  7. Slice and serve cool.
