veggie &tuna balls
- 200 grams tuna
- 200 grams leeks
- 200 grams red jalapeno peppers
- 2 medium eggs
- 4 tbsp olives
- 1/2 cup double cream
- 1 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 oil
- 1 balsamic cream vinegar
- preheat convectional oven at 250
- drain tuna from oil and place in a mixing bowl.
- chop all other ingredients in very small pieces, and mix with tuna.
- add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- take 2spoon fulls in yr hand and form balls.
- place on pan previously sprayed with some oil.
- spray balls with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
- place in convection oven and cook for about 10min or until golden brown.
- then flip balls upside down spray again with oil and sprinkle with sesame seed again.
- cook for another 10min.
- serve them with fresh salad.
- I love to decorate plate with some balsamic vinegar which adds a lot of flavour to salad and veggie tuna balls.
