veggie &tuna balls

  1. preheat convectional oven at 250
  2. drain tuna from oil and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. chop all other ingredients in very small pieces, and mix with tuna.
  4. add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. take 2spoon fulls in yr hand and form balls.
  6. place on pan previously sprayed with some oil.
  7. spray balls with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
  8. place in convection oven and cook for about 10min or until golden brown.
  9. then flip balls upside down spray again with oil and sprinkle with sesame seed again.
  10. cook for another 10min.
  11. serve them with fresh salad.
  12. I love to decorate plate with some balsamic vinegar which adds a lot of flavour to salad and veggie tuna balls.
