Shrimp Sausage Gumbo

  1. Sprinkle flour in a cast iron skillet baked until golden brown.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Cook sausage, place in a slow cooker, add tomatoes and next 7 ingredients.
  4. Whisk together flour and broth, pour into slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Add shrimp and cook on high for 30 minutes.
