Meat Loaf

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 lb ground pork
• 14 cup green pepper
• 14 cup diced onion
• 1 egg
• 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package meatloaf seasoning mix
• 34 cup ketchup
• 5 slices bacon

1. Mix meat, seasoning, green peppers, onion, egg, bread crumbs and 1/2 cup ketchup.
2. Form into loaf in 9x13 inch pan.
3. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup over top of the meat loaf and place 5 slices of bacon lengthwise on top of ketchup.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
