Texas Hot Time Chili Recipe

  1. In 12-inch skillet, or possibly large pan, cook beef till well browned.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add in onion, garlic, chili pwdr and cumin.
  4. Cook till onion is tender.
  5. Add in tomato sauce and beans.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Stir in peppers, heat through.
  8. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
  10. Makes 10 servings.
