Bubbling Brew

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water as directed on package.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours or until partially set.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup whipped topping evenly onto inside of each of 48 dessert dishes (or 2 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
  4. Fill each with 1 cup gelatin.
  5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until gelatin is completely set.
  6. Garnish with additional prepared whipped topping, if desired.
