Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies Recipe

  1. Beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar and salt till soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually beat in sugar till mix is stiff and glossy.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop from a tsp.
  5. onto a baking sheet lined with brown paper.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for about 25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  7. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
