Easiest Crock Pot Beef
- 2 -3 lbs round steaks, Flank steak or 2 -3 lbs flat iron steaks
- 1 (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers or 1 (12 ounce) jar Greek peppers
- salt and pepper
- dinner roll
- Place steaks in crock pot, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour in one whole jar pepperocinis, juices and all.
- If you want to take the additional time to remove the stems, feel free; my family is just used to 'watching out' for them.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours.
- The meat will be falling appart, appearing shreaded, and perfect for sandwiches on the dinner rolls.
- I found a similar recipe on here for roast, but the point of this one is to let if fall completely apart!
- Sooo tender!
- This is a very basic but VERY delicious recipe.
- The pepper juices will tenderize most any cut you throw in there.
- Even though it's great by itself, get creative if you wish!
- I sometimes throw a couple cut up onions in, or kick up the heat with a few hotter peppers.
- Easy to make, and easy to double for a larger crock pot.
- Hope you love it as much as I do!
