Bul Kogi (Korean Barbecue)
- 3 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 4 whole Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 5 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 pound Thinly Sliced Sirloin
- 2 cups Steamed White Rice
- 1 whole Head Green Leaf Lettuce
- Combine the green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper and sesame seeds and mix well.
- Pour over sliced sirloin and let marinate overnight.
- Cook the meat in a hot skillet or wok over medium-high heat until brown.
- You can also cook the meat over a hot grill.
- Wrap a couple pieces of the barbecue with a couple spoonfuls of rice in a piece of the lettuce and eat like a wrap.
