Easy Red Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Place the shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, onion, dill pickle, pickle brine, vinegar, horseradish, sugar, salt, and celery seed.
  4. Add black pepper to taste.
  5. Add the dressing to the cabbage and toss to combine.
  6. Cover and let chill.
