Low fat carrot cake

  1. This is ingredients.
  2. Peel and grate carrot into a bowl.
  3. After this, preheat the oven at 180 C.
  4. Add rest of WET ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Shift DRY ingredients into the bowl and mix well with spatula.
  6. Place the mixture in the cake tin.
  7. Bake it in the oven for 30-40 mins.
  8. Check with stick if it's not wet.
  9. Enjoy your guilty-free sweets!

  11. For icing, mix ICING well and spread on the cake.
  12. Put boiled carrot and mint leaves for decoration.
  13. Tips "Mixed spice" has different flavour for each brand.
  14. It can be simply cinnamon or cinnamon + ginger + nutmeg.
  15. Tips You can add 30 g chopped walnuts if you want additional flavour and texture.
  16. 1 tbsp of honey gives you moist and flavour as well.
