Herbed Chicken Dijon
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. each dried basil leaves, dried tarragon leaves, parsley flakes and garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cover baking sheet with foil.
- Mix bread crumbs and seasonings in pie plate.
- Spread mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts.
- Dip, 1 breast at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Place on prepared baking sheet; drizzle with butter.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until done (165F).
