Chicken And Noodles

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  2. Empty the cream of chicken can into a casserole dish, then fill the can with water and pour into same dish.
  3. Put salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Place your chicken pieces into soup mixture, using a spoon to rub some on top of chicken.
  6. Place dish into the oven uncovered for 40 minutes.
  7. While your chicken is cooking then make your noodles, then boil.
  8. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked then remove it from the soup mixture left in the dish.
  9. Strain the mixture into a shallow sauce pan, over medium heat.
  10. Taste for flavor and add any spices youd like at this time.
  11. Right before noodles are completely cooked, drain them from the water and add them into the strained soup mixture allowing the noodles to finish the cooking process in the mixture.
  12. At this point you can shred your chicken and toss in if youd like to or just eat it off the bone like myself.
