Chicken And Noodles
- 1 Chicken drumsticks
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 handmade noodles(you can find the recipe under my favorites) or whatever type you like
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- Empty the cream of chicken can into a casserole dish, then fill the can with water and pour into same dish.
- Put salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix well.
- Place your chicken pieces into soup mixture, using a spoon to rub some on top of chicken.
- Place dish into the oven uncovered for 40 minutes.
- While your chicken is cooking then make your noodles, then boil.
- Once chicken is thoroughly cooked then remove it from the soup mixture left in the dish.
- Strain the mixture into a shallow sauce pan, over medium heat.
- Taste for flavor and add any spices youd like at this time.
- Right before noodles are completely cooked, drain them from the water and add them into the strained soup mixture allowing the noodles to finish the cooking process in the mixture.
- At this point you can shred your chicken and toss in if youd like to or just eat it off the bone like myself.
