Pork Miso and Ginger Stir Fry

  1. Cut the meat into easy to eat pieces.
  2. Finely slice the peppers and the onion.
  3. Combine the ingredients marked .
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork.
  5. When it has browned, add the peppers and onion and fry some more.
  6. When the vegetables have wilted, turn the heat to low and add the mixed ingredients.
  7. Mix everything in so it blends well.
  8. Lightly fry and it's done.
