Pork Miso and Ginger Stir Fry
- 200 grams Pork (pork belly or thinly sliced)
- 2 Green peppers
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 thumb Grated ginger
- Cut the meat into easy to eat pieces.
- Finely slice the peppers and the onion.
- Combine the ingredients marked .
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork.
- When it has browned, add the peppers and onion and fry some more.
- When the vegetables have wilted, turn the heat to low and add the mixed ingredients.
- Mix everything in so it blends well.
- Lightly fry and it's done.
