Antipasto Salad
- 3 lbs roma tomatoes (fresh and diced)
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 14 ounces quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 78 ounces sliced black olives
- 12 lb cubed ham
- 12 lb cubed turkey
- 14 lb thick sliced and finely diced genoa salami
- 12 ounces of zesty italian salad dressing roasted garlic Italian vinaigrette dressing
- 1 (3/8 ounce) package Good Seasons Italian dressing (dry mix)
- 16 ounces mild pepper rings, with juice
- garnish with feta cheese
- Mix together in stainless steel bowl.
- Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
