Super easy truffes au chocolat
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp mint or vanilla extract
- 1 cocoa
- Chop chocolate to pieces and add the oil and the mint or vanilla extract to a bowl.
- In a a medium sauce pan bring the coconut milk to a gentle boil.
- Combine the milk to the chocolate mixture whisking to make sure all the chocolate is melted.
- Put in the fridge overnight.
- When the chocolate is cold, make in small balls and roll in cocoa making sire to work quick since the chocolate will melt rapidly.
- Keep in the fridge or freeze for later use.
