Super easy truffes au chocolat

  1. Chop chocolate to pieces and add the oil and the mint or vanilla extract to a bowl.
  2. In a a medium sauce pan bring the coconut milk to a gentle boil.
  3. Combine the milk to the chocolate mixture whisking to make sure all the chocolate is melted.
  4. Put in the fridge overnight.
  5. When the chocolate is cold, make in small balls and roll in cocoa making sire to work quick since the chocolate will melt rapidly.
  6. Keep in the fridge or freeze for later use.
  7. ENJOY!!!!
