Refreshing But Rich Yogurt Mousse

  1. Soak the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put the yogurt into a bowl, add half of the sugar, and mix with a whisk.
  3. Pour heavy cream into a separate bowl, add the remaining sugar, and whip until it forms soft peaks.
  4. Pour Step 3 into Step 2, and mix well.
  5. Microwave the Step 1 gelatin for 20 seconds at 500 W. When it's dissolved, add to Step 4, and mix well.
  6. Pour into molds, and chill in the fridge to harden.
  7. When it's hardened, garnish with your favourite jam or fruit, and it's done.
  8. I put strawberry jam on top.
