Refreshing But Rich Yogurt Mousse
- 200 grams Plain yogurt (no need to drain)
- 100 ml Heavy cream (non-dairy heavy cream is ok)
- 50 grams Sugar
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Your favourite jam or fruit (optional)
- Soak the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of water.
- Put the yogurt into a bowl, add half of the sugar, and mix with a whisk.
- Pour heavy cream into a separate bowl, add the remaining sugar, and whip until it forms soft peaks.
- Pour Step 3 into Step 2, and mix well.
- Microwave the Step 1 gelatin for 20 seconds at 500 W. When it's dissolved, add to Step 4, and mix well.
- Pour into molds, and chill in the fridge to harden.
- When it's hardened, garnish with your favourite jam or fruit, and it's done.
