Easy Chocolate Kahlua Mousse Recipe

  1. Heat together the semi-sweet chocolate pcs and the Kahlua over very low heat and set aside.
  2. (I use the microwave.)
  3. In blender, blend whole Large eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar.
  4. Blend for 2 min; add in heavy cream and blend for 1 minute longer.
  5. Add in chocolate and Kahlua mix and blend till smooth.
  6. Refrigerateabout 3 hrs.
  7. Makes about 5 champagne glasses.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
  9. (I make ahead 1 day and put in Keebler chocolate pie crust.
  10. It's yummy!)
