Crab Meat Cakes Ms. Pearl Wallace

• 1 lb crabmeat (not fish)
• 1 cup canned milk
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3 drops texas pete
• 1 egg, well beaten

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. (I use my hands).
3. Divide into 8 parts and form patties.
4. Roll in cracker meal.
5. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
