Italian Bread Salad
- 6 - 8 slices ciabatta bread, cut into 2cm slices
- 45 g can anchovies, drained and roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 200g mixed lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges or 150g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
- Top the ciabatta with the anchovies, garlic and parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 180C until golden.
- Assemble lettuce, tomato and onion onto a platter, top with the bread and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve immediately.
