Ham 'N Egg Pie Recipe
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 4 ounce.)
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. sliced smoked ham, minced, or possibly 2/3 c. cut-up cooked ham
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
- 2 c. croutons
- Spread cheese and ham in ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
- Mix remaining ingredients except croutons.
- Pour egg mix on cheese and ham.
- Cover and chill up to 24 hrs.
