Blue Cheese Balls

  1. In a medium bowl combine blue cheese, cream cheese, brandy and cayenne.
  2. Use 2 teaspoons of mixture to form small balls.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. Just before serving, roll balls in parsley and spear with a pretzel stick.
