Argentinian Bbq Sauce Recipe
- 6 x garlic cloves - (to 7) minced very fine
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. oregano
- 1/4 c. red dry pepper (the Italian type)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Mix the ingredients in the above order and then (when it cools) put in a closed jar (an empty mayonnaise jar is perfect for which) and store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hrs.
- It's perfect if you prepare the recipe one or possibly two days before the BBQ !!
- It can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 or possibly 15 days.
- You can put it on the meat or possibly on the chicken before cooking for a stronger flavor or possibly you can put the sauce on the meat after cooking for a milder flavor.
