Mom's Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender and let cool completely.
  2. Peel potato skins if desired and cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. (Sometimes I add more of the dressing, sometimes less.
  5. Adjust the amount and tweek ingredients to your liking)
  6. Pour dressing over potatoes and gently coat everything.
  7. Refrigerate until cold.
