Tomato-Dill Soup

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add shallots.
  4. Cover and cook over medium-low for 5 minutes occasionally stirring.

  6. Add tomatoes with juice, broth and tomato paste.
  7. Boil.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. 3.
  10. Remove from heat, stir in dill.
