Mexican Rice

  1. Brown ground beef in lg skillet, drain.
  2. Stir in salsa, corn, water and chili powder, bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice.
  4. Cover, remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5-7 min or until liquid is absorbed.
  6. Fluff mixture with fork, sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover, let stand 2-3 min or until cheese is melted.
