Mandarin Lettuce Salad Recipe

• 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
• 1 c. minced celery
• 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
• 2 green onions
• 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed

1. Stir over low heat till sugar melts and adheres to nuts.
2. Spread on foil to cold.
3. Break apart.
4. Add in to salad at the last minute along with the mandarin oranges and dressing.
