My Deep Fried Parsnip Crisp

  1. Peel parsnips
  2. Run them under cold tap water and dry.
  3. With the potatoe peeler dig in to get a thicker shavings of parsnip
  4. Heat the veg oil in a deep fryer, until really hot
  5. Add a few at a time in the deep fryer quick shake, and fry for about 3-4 minutes
  6. When done shake off excess oil and put on kitchen roll paper to drain
  7. Add a good helping of Sea Salt and add to serving dish
  8. You could add Black Pepper or A little Paprika to them or lemon pepper is good also
