My Deep Fried Parsnip Crisp
- 2 whole Parsnips peeled and ends chopped
- 1 Sea Salt
- 1 pints Veg oil
- Peel parsnips
- Run them under cold tap water and dry.
- With the potatoe peeler dig in to get a thicker shavings of parsnip
- Heat the veg oil in a deep fryer, until really hot
- Add a few at a time in the deep fryer quick shake, and fry for about 3-4 minutes
- When done shake off excess oil and put on kitchen roll paper to drain
- Add a good helping of Sea Salt and add to serving dish
- You could add Black Pepper or A little Paprika to them or lemon pepper is good also
