Sauce Gribiche
- 3 tablespoons hard boiled egg whites, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 12 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle, dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon small caper, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon white onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon tarragon, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate.
