AMIEs GULAY na KALABASA (squash vegetable)

  1. Saute the garlic, then onion in hot oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the pork.
  3. Season with bagoong and pepper and cover.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add kalabasa and stir.
  6. Add eggplant (more salt may be added if needed).
  7. Add a cup of rice water.
  8. Cover.
  9. When vegetables are half cooked, uncover and cook til vegetables are done.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. Good for 5 servings.
