Arby's beef and cheddar copy cat with Arby's sauce and their Horsey Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 tbsp water
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup creamed horseradish OR 2 tbsp fresh horseradish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 7 oz Thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 1/2 cup beef stock
- 4 oz Velveeta
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 Onion buns
- Prepare Arby's sauce by combining ingredients in bowl.
- .
- Place in the fridge until ready to use, at least 1 hour.
- To make horsey sauce combine mayo, horseradish, sugar and salt in bowl.
- For best results put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Place meat and broth in pan, heat until warm.
- Place cheese and milk in microwave safe dish, cooking in 20 second intervals until melted.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Spread Arby's sauce on bun, top with meat, cheese sauce and more Arby's sauce and horsey sauce if desired.
