Cajun Succotash Elisabeth Freeman Recipe

  1. Saute/fry the minced onion and garlic in the extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Then add in the beans and tomatoes and stir.
  3. Then add in the cajun seasonings and okra and cook for 15 min.
  4. Then add in the frzn corn and cook for another 15 min.
  5. Then add in the last seasonings if you like.
  6. Serve over rice with warm sauce.
