Carmens Sangria
- One 750-ml bottle red wine
- 3/4 cup brandy or cognac
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur such as Cointreau
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup lemon soda
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- Combine the wine, brandy, liqueur, and juices in a glass pitcher.
- Stir, then add the lemon soda and fruit.
- Stir in frozen juice cubes or ice.
