Seafood Nicolson

  1. 1. Put butter, leeks, onion, garlic, & red pepper into pan and saute.
  2. 2. Add 1/2 c. wine, parsley, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.
  3. Cook 2 minutes. Add cream.
  4. 3. Cook several minutes on simmer. Add scallops & broccoli
  5. and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. 4. Just before serving add shrimp and cook till just pink.
