VELVEETA Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Cook chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.
  2. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add Velveeta and milk; cook 3 min.
  6. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve over the rice.
