VELVEETA Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise House Italian Dressing
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium yellow zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 165 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
- Cook chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add Velveeta and milk; cook 3 min.
- or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over the rice.
