Mexican Potato Hot Dish Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 lbs. potatoes, sliced thin (can be peeled or possibly not)
- 1 (16 ounce.) jar salsa sauce
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. cheese (your choice)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Brown hamburger with onion and salt and pepper.
- Put potatoes in casserole bowl and put hamburger mix and cheese on top and pour salsa over the top.
- Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till potatoes are done.
