Elderflower Royale Recipe

• 1 small sugar cube
• 10 dashes angostura bitters
• 1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 6 ounces chilled brut sparkling wine

1. Soak the sugar cube with the bitters and place it in the bottom of a chilled

sugar, bitters, st, sparkling wine
